This month, enjoy familiar favorites like Yin and gentle yoga , along with newer offerings including nutrition programs with Cornell Cooperative Extension , Simply Strong with Synergy , community food pantries with Good Neighbors NY, and exciting new collaborations with Bite-Sized Neuro for preschool and elementary students. And of course, no month is complet
