Top Shelf: Cookbook Club

VPL Presents Top Shelf, a debuting cookbook club. Looking to share your love of food and cooking with others? Are you new to cooking and want to test your skills in the kitchen? Join us for an evening of tempting dishes and tastier conversations with other culinary-minded chefs of all skill levels. Following the theme of the month, each participant will pick a recipe, prepare it, and bring it to the meeting.

January- Creatures of Comfort

Monday, January 9 at 6:30PM
The theme for January is Comfort. Think of your favorite meal – one that nourishes not only your body but your soul. Something that you can count on to cheer you up and give your taste buds a hug. Is it a five-cheese macaroni? Or perhaps a hearty stew to warm you up on a cold winter’s day?
